It does work! w00t! Testing again Still testing this thing. Testing Testing to be sure this still works. OMFG! PlaT_RaT was spotted this weekend with uncle parnell abusing midgets as they came out the "little peoples bar o chicks" out side of the hillsberry farm. When asked what was going on, PlaT_RaT's only response was punching the interviewer who later had to have his teeth removed from PlaT's knuckles at the emergency room. More news when it's available on this late breaking story! VAB T2 CTF Yeah, we're hangin' 'em up. It's been more work than fun of late for the majority of the guys. Lack of competative depth on the ladder, cancelled scrims ad naumseum, ELF moaning, and many other reasons were discussed, but the basic sentiment is: its been fun, but we're done. While a few of us will keep playing, maybe for other teams (anyone need a ghostbuster? ;)), maybe in Arena, or maybe just in PUs, SES wil be dropping from ladder play regardless of the outcome of our next and final match together in T2. Thanks for the many kind words, thanks for the support, thanks for the use of your servers, thanks for the lessons we learned, thanks for the shoutcasts, and thanks for the memories. GGs GDL We recently had an enjoyable and friendly match with Stinger and the GDL crew for our #2 spot on TWL. We got the good game we expected squeaking by on Sanctuary with a 1-0 win after a win on Slapdash 4-0. GDL is a team to watch, and we'll undoubtedly be playing them again soon. See ya on the servers! Good games 5150! Wow! In a hard-fought game for number #1 tonight, 5150 retains their title. While we escaped with a shutout victory on Riverdance, 5150 snuck by with a 1-0 OT time victory on Quagmire. We are proud to have played the last TWL Archipelago match, and what appears to have been 5150's last match in T2 as well. Good games guys, and thanks for all you did for the players. Your example will be missed. $A$$Y! Hell of a game tonight with $A$. Pandemonium was crazy as usual and Archipelago was...well, Archipelago. ;) Great games guys, look forward to playing ya again in the future. Shoutout to T2 for the new team record 14 UEs during our very short match. Gotta love it. GGs ^i^ In another fun-filled TWL match, we emerged victorious against Divinity tonight in two maps. Fun stuff, and we look forward to playing them again soon. Thanks to the talented duo of Wonderdog and Beatstick of TSN for their shoutcast tonight-- better late than never! ;) Shoutout to the man responsible for the reborn SES server--much love to that certain someone (who asked to remain anonymous), we enjoyed the heck out of playing on such a great server! Pop in for a pick-up this Wednesday, the 24th, on the latest release on Unamed's Map Pack. Let's give the server a workout! :) It's Baaaaaaccccckk!!! Are you an old school Triber? If so you probably remember the South Eastern Slayers Tribes 1 server. Well, before T2 arrived, the server was shut down never to be seen again... or so we thought! That's right! The new and improved South Eastern Slayers server in Atlanta, GA is back online and running T2 like a mad house! Come on by and check us out at 64.224.1.60:28000 "South Eastern Slayers 2". Thank GoD! Thankfully GoD has the patience of God. Server issues, RW issues, Unamed's night to have his voice change--ahhh puberty...lots of stuff not going our way. In a hard fought match that was thoroughly enjoyable (once the maps actually started) we emerged with a win, and even more respect for our fine opponents. Look forward to more fun with GoD in the future--if just for those witty sound packs that JJJ loves so much! Cable comes to PlaT RaT Who thought it was possible? 5150 Storms Afghanistan Damn. 5150 Air Force >= US Air Force. SES makes the Top 5 Devious is a class bunch. We had SO many fun UE and connection issues, and they were very gracious and patient allowing us to get all of our guys on--not to mention being cool with a last minute server change. They gave us a great fight, and a good time. They even made it fun to play Death Birds Fly--and that takes some doing. ;)Thanks for the games guys! GGs c6! Thoroughly enjoyable game tonight with probably the most courteous bunch of guys we've played so far. Server problems are increasingly the norm for us it seems. But shoutout to JOB of HomeLAN for getting the power back up to the game server and to WSBN's Redneck for doing his best to shout the match even with our server issues. While we managed to defend successfully, we lose ground and slide to #12. Maybe the top 5 won't change so much for us one day. Very soon. Orange & Black Weapon Skins New weapon skins are available here! I have gone through and re-colored and in some cases made changes to the weapon skins. I revamped the SES Orange Disc skin that Zoolooman had provided us with so that it matched the others. Unzip these into your "..Tribes2\GameData\base\textures\skins" directory. WARNING! This will overwrite any previous skins you have in that folder using the same file name. Also, If you have any weapon skins installed in the *.vl2 format then you may want to remove them. I would have put these in vol format but half the people I know tell me those don't always work. Skins are also located in our downloads area. Bravely into the Void! A double overtime, 357 strat changes, lots of killing and one hella of a match with Void tonight for #10. We thoroughly enjoyed it all! We were a little reluctant to play it given all the recent events, but it was a wonderful escape from the evils of the real world. Thanks for the games Void, we look forward more good games in the future! Good Knight for some T2! The Knights of Invictus played a couple of fine games tonight. Though a tad short handed, they fought bravely and gave us a good match. We managed a 2 map victory, yet slide to #18 on TWL. Best of luck KOI, and see ya on the servers! SES now sets its sights on the TWL top 10! =) Naturally Skilled? Most definitely! SES enjoyed our latest match with Naturally-Skilled for TWL #16. They kept us on our toes; and server hick-ups aside, it made for a fun evening. We escaped with a two map victory, but know we'll not be so lucky next time against such a skilled bunch of guys. GGs -{ns}-, we look forward to games with you in the future. Broken hips everywhere! WTF?! SES went up against some goodies but oldies, the GeeZers for rung #21 on the TWL ladder. Thanks to Online Gaming Radio for the loophole, I mean great shoutcast! SES moved up to take the spot and push some old folks down the stairs in a 2 map victory. Thanks for the great games GeeZers! A gutsy effort made by NDG, but we were lucky enough to escape with a victory. From #78 to #48 and still going ;) See ya on the servers! SES Banshee vs BAD "Babes Against Drunks" Incoming Report.. The organization BAD "Babes Against Drunks" have started protesting at the house of SES Banshee... This appears to have started from an incident at the Gold Club on July 3rd, where SES Banshee was allegedly seen having sex with 9 strippers and was too beligerent and drunk to enjoy the occasion! What a disgrace in the eyes of his fellow SES Members. Better watch your back, here we come! After many late night practices and regrouping we are back for some CTF action. SES has joined the Team Warefare Ladder (TWL) for CTF. Starting at #78 and counting down, looks to be a fun and exciting climb to the top. See ya on the battlefield... Customizing is Fun!
